TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —At the final meeting cf the Sinison-Crosse Challenge Ccmmittc-i. Air. Paul Murphy, the "chairman ' was instructed by ie<olution to obtain the opinion of the magistrate on his ruling. After waiting in van, for three mouths, and as nothing appears to have been done, we, the underrigned members of the above remittee, 'nave this day returned to Air. Crosse liis cheque of one handled pounds, that gentleman being legally entitled to 'claim the same, and thus let the public know that through no fault cf the undersigned or Air.
