Knight, Rev Ramsay, 11. Stratton. Turner, McLean, Beat son, 25 ; Gallagher. Bates, Hogan Haszard, 15. A meeting of the management com mittee of the Hastings Bowling Clu< was held on Tuesday evening, tin President. Mr. A. Murley, pres.i l ing. The Gisborne Bowling Clul writing with reference to the tournament to be held at Easter, advocat ed the ’open door” principle in re gard to the matches, and ashed foi the club’s support at the tournament. It was decided to agree to the suggestions in the letter. The Napier Bowding Club forward ed a proposal to form a sub-associa-tion of East Coast clubs with the object of holding an annual tourna Inent. and suggesting that the firs; meeting of delegates be held at th< Easter tournament at Gisborne. After considerable discussion it w r a: decided that a general meeting o he club be held on Friday, Marc! Ist, to discuss the matter.
