'VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Hawke’s Bay County Council holden in the County Office in Browning street, Napier, on Monday, the 12th day of February, 1912, at the hour of 12 noon, the following resolution was agreed to. namelv; —
‘‘ That the parcels of land known as “ Kay's Quarry,” containing together six acres two roods thirteen perches more or less, being portions of Block Number 65 Puketapu Crown Grant District, and being all the lands comprised in Conveyance Number 38595 Deeds Register Office, Napier, which lands were acquired by this Council for the purpose of obtaining therefrom road metal, are in the opinion of this Council no longer required for that purpose or for any of the purposes of the County ; and that, in pursuance of the power in that behalf vested in County Councils by Section 150 of the Counties Act 1908, this Council do forthwith dispose of rhe said parcels of land and acquire in exchange therefor a piece of land containing six acres two roods thirteen perches more or less, portion of the said Block Number 6-5 and of Block Number 90 Puketapu Crown Grant District, being the Lot numbered 3 on a plan deposited in the said Office under Number AND NOTICE is hereby further given that it is proposed to confirm the foregoing resolution at a Special Meeting of the said Council to be holden at the County Office aforesaid on MONDAY", the lith day of March. 1912, at the hour of 12 noon, to the intent that the said resolution may operate as a Special Order under the above cited Act. AND LASTLY NOTICE is hereby given that a copy of the said resolution has been deposited at the County Office aforesaid and is there open to public inspection during office hours.
