THE SPY MANIA.
A NOVEL C HART. London. Feb. 13. The "Daily Teh graph" states that the court martial on Lieutenant Schrovder commences shortly. He is charged with accepting £5OOO from a Russian secret agent for the plan of the fortress of Posen. Finding it impossible to purloin the plan, a girl named Ida Nulierthal whom Shrovder was engaged to marry, suggested that it should lie tatooed on her shoulders. After several nights this was accomplished. and the girl travelled to Russia and received the money. The extravagance of the couple resulted in suspicion being aroused, and both were arrested. The incriminating plan was found when the girl was stripped and examined in prison.
