HAWKE’S BAY EDUCATION BOARD.
PROBATION TEACHERS. The following probation teachers, who will have practically the same status as pupil teachers, have been transferred and appointed by the Hawke s Bay Education Board : — Transfers.—Miss Anderson, from Clive to Napier South : Mr. F. Stafford, from Havelock to Te Rehunga.
Appointments. — Miss Lambert, Frazertown ; Mr. E. J. Mills, AA aipiro Bay : Miss J. A. Bushnell, Te Hapara: Miss Scott. Mangapapa; Miss Wolstenholme. Napier Alain; Miss D. A’igers. Danncvirke North : Miss Mulholland, Te Arai : Miss Price, Wairoa : Miss Pedersen, Kait i. Last year the board were unable to obtain applications for all the probation vacancies. This year the supply exceeded the demand, and the Education Department granted permission t<> the board to fill the vacauticc held over from last year.
