IVOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is intended to present to His Excellency the Governor on Monday, the 4th day of March. 1912. or as soon thereafter as may be. a petition signed by not less than two-thirds in number of the ratepayers of that portion of the Hanke’s Bay Rivers District called oi known as the Pukahu XX aid, praying that His Excellency may be pleased to diminish the said District by the exclusion from the said Distnet -of tile Subdivision or Ward known as the Pukahu Ward. The Petition may be inspected sit the office of the undersigned in Queen street in the Borough of Hastings during busniess hours.
