NAPIER. (Befor- AV. E. Giiffen. J.P.) A ROGUE AND A VAGABOND. John Rhead, alias Thomas Read, xvas charged with being a rogue and a vagabond, having been found by night without lawful excuse in Dr. F. N. Harvey’s washhouse, Byron street.
