PRINCESS THEATRE, HASTINGS
The new programme to-night contains a splendid Champion film, “ A Daring Deed,” in which a great horse race is a feature. Another new series of views of the Italian-Turkish War, showing all the principal events of the month of November, will be put on. The Bison picture is “ A Truohearted Miner.” The A’itagraph drama is excellent, and is entitled “ The Three Brothers.” Another fine drama is “ A’irginia.” Among the comedies are “Putting it Over," “Miss Chatterer’s Experience,” and “ The Stolen Dog.” On Wednesday next the J. D. AA’illiams’ exclusive picture, “ The Price of Beauty,” will ho screened.
KING'S THEATRE, HASTINGS. The usual bi-weekly change of programme will la' math' this evening. The first series of “ King George and Queen Mary” Visit to the Delhi Durbar ’’ deals principally with their leaving England, but it is nevertheless a clear and interesting film. Bathe’s Gazette contains subjects of interest from the Old World, and “ Making a Book ” is an interesting industrial picture. “ Amsterdam and Rotterdam and “A Study in Flowers ” are both good scenic subjects. The dramas are a tery line lot. “After Many Years" is by the Ambrosia Company, and is classed asinong their best. The film is 1500 feet long, and contains a brilliant spectacle of military efforts. In a competition at the Turin International Exhibition this picture won 30,D00 francs. “A Handsomer Man ” is by the Vitagraph Company, and is taken from Carleton's well-known poem. “ White Rose of the Wilds “ is b,v the famous A.B. Company, and is described as a charming !<>'■•■ story. “ The Clown s Best Performative “ is a touching story bv the Vi i agraph Company. The comics are a good lot. “ Satan on Mischi“f Bent" is supposed to be one of the most clever pieces ot tricking in pietun 1 work e'er done. Another good comic is “ The Runaway Lorry. OLYMPIA RINK. HASTINGS. The rink was fairly well patronised last evening by a baud of eager skai-i'i-s. This pastime has certainly taken a good hold of tlx 1 people. who get much benefit in health Irani the exorcise derived. The skaters are now a 1! practising hard for the eariiiial, which promises to he a huge Mi<rew.
