Member of the Victorian Order. — Bertram Mackennal. lIONOL'RABLES: The title of "honourable” is granted to the judges of the Etigh Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of the Australiasian States and NewZealand, South Africa and Newfoundland.

Sir Janies Prendergast, ex -Chief Justice of New Zealand, is allowed to bear the title.
