Five bundled medical practitioners at Glasgow by an overwhelming majority resolved not to work under the Insurance Bill unless tlie regulations conceded to the British Medical Association six cardinal points. Sir Jas Barr. President of the Association, telegraphed wishing the movement every success and adding that the Insurance Act must not be allowed to disgrace the Statute Book.
