THE COAL VEND.
AN APPEAL LODGED. (Received 29. 10.40 a.m.) Sydney, Dec. 28. Appeal has been lodged against the Vend judgment on behalf of WTappieton, on the ground that the judgment was erroneous and evidence wrongly admitted. There was no evidence of any' joint intent on the part of the defendant to do any of the alleged acts of detriment to be publie and also that certain sections of the Act had been impliedly repealed by provisions in certdin Amending Acts.
