Th'- members of the Nap.er Swimming Club last night presented Mr. Frank Moeller (who his been the chib s pre-idetit tor the past 15 years) with two handsomely-framed (n--birgemcnts of the rhampmnship relay team. The prtsi utatmn was made by Mr. Bert Wood, the club captain, who spoke of the splendid way in which Mr. Moeller had fiipported the cause of sport and the great interest he Icat tak< it in swimming. Whilst working on the new building of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company at Hastings this morning one of the workmen had the misfortune to run a nail into his foot'. After being attende i o by a chemist he was able to return to work.
