The bowlers at Hastings were yesterdav favoured with perfect weather. Several games in the pairs tournament were played. M.'-si s Mason provided afternoon tea. One hundred rinks have entered for the annual towMiural of the N< rtl’.orn Bowling Association, to be held in AVeliingtcn. commencing on January Bth. as against 90 for the similar tournament in AVellington two years ago. and 98 for 1 L«- ’ .r-t tournament in Auckland.
