FIRE AGAIN BROKEN OUT. ALL HOPE ABANDONED. (Received It. 11.55 a.m.) New York. Dee. 13. Fire has broken out a second time, and all hope is abandoned for the rescue of the remaining miners. Numerous messages were found scrawled on the walls of the mine, indicating that the men had been driven further in because of the fatal gas. Thirty-eight bodies have been found.
