flic Amateur Union of Australasia notifie d that t t.p association’s application that the perforniance of G. P. Keddell in the 120 yards hurdles at Christchurch in March, 1911, of 15 3-loscc. stand as an Australasian best on record hail been granted.
Messrs. A. A. Marryatt and C. E. Bridge were appointed to represent the association on the board of control. which will meet during the progress of the Australasian championships. „ «
The New South Wales Association notified that its team would leave by the Warrimoo on December 16th. The Victorian Association wrote stating that its team would probably leave on December 13th. Mr. A. C. Kitto was appointed handicapper for the championships..
The Australasian Union notified that the reinstatements of "George Hume Scddon 12 months from last professional performance, and S. T. Seddon had been confirmed, it being stipulated that G. H. Seddon could compete as an amateur on Boxing Day, December 26th. even though the entries for the sports on that clayclose before the reinstatement comes into force.
An application by Mr. J. E. McClennan (Dunedin) for reinstatement was referred back to the Otago association for further particulars. The following were chosen to represent New Zealand : — 100 Yards. — Woodger. Opie. Hubbard.
