MARCONI COMPANY SUED.
TROUBLE OVER A PATENT.

Messrs. Siemens Bros, are siting the Marconi Company to recover damages for the alleged infringement of a patent. The plaintiffs charge the defendant company with having illegally used Braun’s switches.
