PEACE TREATIES
POPULAR DEMAND WILL OVERCOME SENATORS’ ATTITUDE.

The envoy to the Coronation declared in Mr. Taft's presence at a meeting in Cincinatti that while the Senate was not satisfied as yet, peace treaties with Frame and Britain were certain to be made. It was only a brief time before the popular demand would overcome the Senators' attitude.
