(Received 8, 9.35 a.m.) Sydney, Nov. 8,

The police are of opinion that more than one person is concerned in Trevascus’ murder. One theory is. that the deceased, in purchasing old gold and precious metals, unwittingly came into contact with thieves and plunderers, who in the strength of knowledge gained in the course of business planned the crime. A FINGER PRINT CLVE. Many features of the Glebe tragedy recall the Baner murder in Melbourne four years ago. when a diamond merchant was killed tn his office and diamonds stolen.

The police are still searching tor the man who visited Trevascus on Tuesday. No other club has come to light. It is stated, that faint bloodstained finger-prints have been tounil on Trevascus’ door. The police are icticent.
