30 REBELS KILLED. (Received 8. 8.5 a.m.) Washington, Nov. 7. Reports from Mexico City state that thirty rebels were killed in an encounter in the Guantla district. The Federal loses arc r.-.t stated. PRESIDENT MADERO. (Received 8, 11.30 a.m.) Mexico, Nov. 7. Despite the insurrectionary disorders Madero has been sworn in as President. Eight members of the Cabinet were ako sworn in.
