HERETAUNGA DAIRY COMPANY.
Mr. F. Cook presided over the annual meeting of the Heretaunga Dairy Company. Limited, held in the Oddfellows' Hall. Hastings, last evening. About fifty shareholders were present.
The report and balance-sheet showing a profit of £134 8 - on the year’s working was adopted on the motion of the chairman and Air. T. E. Crosse.
Flight nominations were received for th:* three vacancies on the directorate created by the retirement of Messrs. Fitzroy, McKees.iek and Barry, the ballot resulting in favour of Messrs. M. Mason. J. Barrv and McKeesiek.
- Mr. C. J. Lipping was elected auditor. On tlie motion of Messrs. T. S. Percival and West, it was decided that in future the annual meetings be held in September and that, the balance-sheet be made up to August 31st.
