INFRINGEMENT OF PATENT. te Sydney. Oct. 19. The Australasia "Wireless Company are advised by their London agents that Siemens Bros, and Cole the holders of the patent right:; for Australia and New Zealand of the quenched singing spark 1 system of wireless telegraphy, have taken action 'against the Marconi Company for alleged infringement of their patents. ENCIRCLING THE EMPIRE. London, Oct. 19. Mr. Harcourt’s negotiations with the Marconi Company for encircling the Empire by wireless are almost complete. It is expected that the system will be in operation within twelve months.’
