AUSTRALIAN NAVAL COLLEGE Sydney. Oct. 16. The Commonwealth Government propose to establish a naval college at Port Hacking at a cost of £lOO,000, whereof £35,000 has been promised from the Dreadnought fund. It is expected that the college will be completed within a year.
