The King has conveyed to Mr. Ernest Joyce, the zoologist who is starting ;.''-morrow to join the Aus-tralasian-Antarctic expedit ion, his vvsihes for the explorer.-. success, good health, and safe return. He expressed the keenest interest in the work of the expedition.
