The Young Chinn revolutionaries are burning Wuchang. The Wicerov ’s vamen was destroyed. Fighting continues, but the for- : igners are safe. Volunteers at Hankow are standing to arms day and night. Foreign Consuls have telegraphed for further assistance. Japanese and American cruisers arc expected, ami other gunboats are hurrying there. European women and children are taking refuge on the river boats. REVOLUTIONISTS PROTECT FOREIGNERS. THEIR PLOT TS AGAINST MANCHI' DOMINATION. (Received 12, 10.45 a.m.) Pekin, Oct. 11. Revolutionists at Wuchang have issued a proclamation threatening to decapitate anybody injuring foreigners. The present movement is directed against Manchti domination. Rebels in Szechuan have captured Kiating ami Yachau.
