Mr. H. M. Campbell will address the electors of Havelock North in the Foresters' Hall this evening. Mr. G. Spencer Claphnm addir-ss-rd the electors at E-kdale Pin :.’ Hall on Saturday evening. A good number of residents attended. Mt W. Kirkham in the chair. Mr. Clapham spoke for an hour arid a half. At the close of the meeting a number of questions were put to the candidate and answered m a satisfactory manner.
