CASUALTIES.
SUSPECTED SI’TCIDE. Ashburton. Oct. 5. Richard Milner Buchanan, a bailiff, recovering from a drinking bout, was found by members of his family in great pain early this morning, and he died a little later. Strychnine was found in the house, and it is be-liev-cd to be a case' of suicide.
