[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington. Oct. 5. The Appeal Court to-day took the case Rt x v. Mary Brown, a case of concealment c>f birth. It was admitted by Crown evidence that the identity of the child was tcry. and the question for the Court is. whether in view of this the prison was rightly convicted. Mr. Hunter. of Christchurch, appears for the prisoner, and the Solicitor-Gen-eral for the Crown The Appeal Court has reserved judgment in the ease Rex v. Brown.
