Spencer Clapham's general connnit.ee met last evening in the committee re: m. There were about 50 members present, Air. Arthm AVade being in the chair. Mr. Clapham addressed the meeting. Reports as to how the campaign is progressing in the different, parts <;f the district were given in by a number of committeemen ami in all cases were satisfactory. Tire committee roll now stands with over LID names, exclusive of ladies.
