The Special Racing Commission of which Mr. Clifford was chairman will sit again to re consider its allocation of racing permits as provided by the Commission in its original report and endorsed and acted upon by the Racing Conference for thisrncing season. This is the outcome of the suggestion made in the House of Representatives last week when Mr. Jennings’ Bill for the rehabilitation of certain country racing clubs (wiped out as the result of the Commission’s findings) rvas under consideration in committee.
