During the year 1910-11 the total receipts amounted to £m.B-1 as compared with £562 for the previous twelve months. The details for 1910U as compared with those for 1909-10 (given in parentheses) are: —Season tickets 185 (-10). £67 (£7): boys and girls 2952 (2212). £l-17 (£100); adults 5933 ( 3769). £296 (£18s); single tickets 8625 (6t07). £215 (£160). The attendances represented are : —Boys and girls HNOs (8480). adults. 17.799 (11.307). The municipal debt of Christchurch was on Marcl: 31st last £141.262 as compared with £429.412 on March 31st. 1910. The building permits issued by the City Council during the year ended March 31st last numbered 576, the buildings being valued at £265,300. The previous year’s figures were 476 permits, value of buililings £209,040. riming 1010-11 permits for buildings valued at £!;9.260 were issued in the Central Ward. £18,570 in the Linwood Ward. £99.135 in the St. All>ari’.~ Ward, and £4s,:;:jo in the Syd■nliaiii Ward.
