NAPIER ABATTOIRS BOUNDARIES.

This morning we wrre ( ’tabled t< look at a map showing the disirici proposed for the Napier Abattoirs, and although fully ri cognising the necessity for a big town like Napier having efficient safeguards and proper compulsory support in the running of an up-i odatc slaughterhouse, it must never thcless, be admitted that the boundaries proposed tire sufficiently extensive to leave room for much criti cism.
