BULB SHOW.
i The bulb show held in St. Matthew’s Hall, Hastings, yesterday j afternoon, attracted a fair nuin'ue:’ iof visitors. The exhibits included a i number of those shown at Havelock ' North the previous day. whilst some [ of the additional collections were m : advance of those already displayed. ; The narcissi shown by Miss Ruth i Seannell were a particularly fine lot. 'and were greatly admired. Mrs. i Preston-Thomas’ collection included • some magnificent pansies. Another i fine collection wa> shown by Mrs. J. 1 C. Tossvviil. and Mr*-. H. M. I'amp- ‘ bell’s primroses were a feature of t the show. Other exhibitors were—- : Mm=dames H. C ampbell (Havelock I North). Herbert Rus.-eil (Flaxmere), G. A. Fitzßoy. T. M. (. hambers. Bernard Chambers, R. Brathwaite. ij. Williams. Pcirv, and the Frimlcy ■Estate.
