CANADIAN ELECTIONS.
LAURIER ACCEPTS A CHALLENGE. (Received 6, 12.15 p.m.) Ottawa,, Sept. 5. Sir W. Laurier has decided to accept the challenge of the Nationalists to contest Soulangcs against the follower of Bourassa. The result will show whether, as his opponents contend, the Premier has lost all influence in the Quebec province.
