THE YVANDERERS
The news that the Wanderers are returning to Hastings will be received with delight by all lovers of music and fun. They show in lhe Princess Theatre on Thursday, the 7th inst. All the old favourites will . reappear, except Miss Fokli. Tec company is greatly strengthened by the addition of four new artistes— Air. A. J. Black , of Auckland, a well-known singer; Mr. J. Ryan, an eminent basso, formerly of the Lyric Quartette ; Miss Beatrice Mercer, very fine contralto : and Alias L. Irvine, a first-rate soprano. There will be an entirely new programme, not one of the. old items lo be presented. The YVanderers have, been all over the Dominion since their last visit, and have been drawing big houses. The plan is on view at Hall’s, stationers.
“A TICKET IN TATTS.”
This pielure will be screened at the King’s Theatre, Hastings, tomorrow night, and again on Friday. The drama is complete in every detail, and the scenes are all well detailed. It contains two scenes of races, a flat race and a steeplechase and has drawn big liou.'-es in every town when shown, and all critics of pictures speak very highly of it.
KING’S THEATRE.
A fair audience witnessed the final screening of the programme last evening. To-night a complete change <’f programme will be made. The change is a well assorted one. Rallie s Gazette contains several good photos of the King, and also a lot about aeroplanes, and the latest fa:hions from Paris. One of the star dramas is "Across the Plains,’.’ which contains some, very good cowboy pieces. The other dramas, "Hessian Renegades,” "Mother’s Boy,” and ‘’Survival of the Fittest” arc all well worth seeing. The scenic met are, "Naval .Review at. Spitlie.id" is an except tonally clear film. The comics are good and should suit lhe numerous client of the King’s. The same programme wil] be shown on Thursday and Friday only. The great anti gambling, sporting picture. "A Ticket in Tutts,” will also be screened.
