Lord Carrington is appointing a Departmental Committee, including representatives of the leading Agricultural Societies with the Right Hon. Ailwyn Fellows, President of the Board of Agriculture, as chairman, to enquire into the foot and mouth disease and to consider further measures for its prevention.
