HASTINGS HOMING CLUB.

ANNUAL MEETING

At the annual meeting of the Hastings Homing Club there was a good attendance of members. Mr. A. McCorkindale was again elected president ; vice - presidents, Messrs. W. A. Alexander, W. Sturrock, D. McCorkindale, W. Hart, T. Collict, and W. Wright : timekeeper and judge, Mr. C. Jones (reelected) ; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. Bullick (re-elected); committee, Messrs. A. Leipst, R. M. Egan. M. Sullivan, R. Boyle, and F. O’ Brien. The balancesheet showed the club to be in .sound financial position, and the results of the season’s racing highly satisfactory. The President’s ( up, for most points, was won byMr. M. Sullivan, who also receives the gold medal presented by the club. Mr. D. McCorkindale gave a trophy for an interval race from; Wellington. Several new members were elected.
