Mr. Joseph Marton, a member of the Imperial Parliament, campaigning, in favour of reciprocity,, accuses Sir W. Laurier’s Government of wholesale corruption. He says Canada polictically stinks in the nostrils of politicians in the Old Country, and he hopes reciprocity will come by other agency than the Laurier Government.
