WOOL BILL PERCENTAGES

The Senate and the House of Representatives, after numerous conferences, have settled the disputed Wool Bill percentage at 29 per cent, ad valorem.
The President’s veto is now feared.
Carpet wool rates have been increased from 10 to 29 per cent, and ordinary wools have been reduced from 35 per cent.
