(Received 14, 9.5 a.m.) London, Aug. 13. There was a great demonstration at Londonderry, to celebrate the relief of Derry. The Duke of Abercorn telegraphed that he hoped the gathering, would prove to the English people that Ulster would not permit its separation from the United Kingdom.
A LIBERAL CAMPAIGN.

Liberal members are arranging a Home Rule campaign, with a new organisation under the Whip’s control.
