AFFRAY WITH TROOPS
(Received 2. Bjo a.m.) Mexico City. August 1 Blood was shed at Eloro. A mob of striking miners freed the prisoners from the local gaol and attacked the troops. The latter fired, killing fourteen and wounding many.
