THE lONIC’S CARGO HUNG UP (Received 2, 9.20 a.m.) London, Aug. 1. There is a fresh strike of London dockers and allied workers. The clerical staff enabled the passengers to secure their luggage. The P. and 0., Blue Funnel, and Shaw-Savill companies are affected.
