MAORIS v. POVERTY BAY. NO SCORE UP TO 3.30 P.M. Gisborne, July 29. In the match Poverty Bay v. Parata’s Maori touring team, no score was recorded up to 3.30. The game was of a very even and interesting nature. The Maoris endeavoured to make the game open, their passing being a treat to watch. Poverty Bay also shaped reallv well.
