TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —On looking very carefully through the electoral roll, I cannot find any such name as “A. H. Williams,” who wrote to Napier Borough Council enquiring where Mr. Brown got his money to spend on pictures, and how, ets. Can you let me know if there is such a man in existence, or is it politics.— l am, etc., RATEPAYER.
