NEW SOUTH WALES HOPEFUL Sydney. July 22. In moving the*- adoption of the report at the City Bank meeting, the chairman said the late rains had pretty well assured that next season would be a good one. Timely rains have greatly increased the crop prospects, especially the wheat crops. There is likely to be a large increase of area in some districts.
