RACING APPEAL.
BARLOW'S DISQUALIFICATION. Wellington, July 21. In the Racing Appeal Court, Judges Clifford, Miller and Stringer have given their decision in the appeal by the Egmont Racing Club against the decision of the Taranaki Committee regarding the disqualification of Robert Barlow. The judges are satisfied that the case is governed by a previous decision in Julian’s case, a copy of which is forwarded by the judicial committee of the Egmont Club, and which in the opinion of the judges was duly constituted. The judges therefore refer the matter back to the judicial committee in order that they may re-hear the ease on the lines indicated in the judgment before referred to.
