FURNESS-WITHY CO. HOLD CONTROLLING INTEREST.
(Received 21, 9.55 a.m.) London, July 20. Houlder’s settlement was arranged through Lord Furness. ,It includes an allotment to the Federal Steam Navigation Company of 5(>,000 unissued shares in the Houlder Bros. Co., which will be transferred to the Furness-Withy Company, -who now have the controlling interest in Bros.
