(4) Letter from Inspector of Explosives stating that license of council’s magazine would be camelled at the end of the present year. (5) Letter from the Publii- Health Department re extermination of rats.

The Public Reserves Committee will meet the same . veiling to consider the following business: (I) The question of erecting hoardings and tlie cost thereof. (2) The question of sanitary improvements to the public urinal, with power to act. (3) Caretaker’s report presented to the last meeting of the council.
