EARTHQUAKE.
Vienna, July 8. Two earthquakes, lasting three and four seconds, were experieneeifi at Buda Pesth. The. people, in » panic, vacated their houses. The shock was severely felt in the outlying districts, where hundreds of chimneys w r ere overthrown. (Received 10, 9.45 a.m.) Buda Pesth, July 9.
As the result of the earthquake at Kecskemet station, the barracks collapsed and the town hall. law' courts, and the theatre are seriously damaged.
