OUTBREAK AT HOUNSLOW. [PKESS association.-- copyright ]. (Received 6, 8.35 a.m.) London, July 5. Sir Edward Strachey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture, announced an outbreak of foot and mouth diseaseat Hounslow. A heifer and 42 pigs were affected. PRECAUTIONARY RESTRICTIONS. To-day's newspapers anticipate that Canada. Australia, and South Africa will renew restrictive orders preventing the export of cattle bought at high prices at British shows.
