Rivers Board at the meeting to be held on the 28th day of July, at 10.30 a.m., to make and levyseparate rates in accordance with j the report of the Commission appointed to strike same under the provisions of Section 15 of the Hawke’s Bay Rivers Act, 1910, that is to say, of one-sixteenth of a penny in the £ (pound) upon all; rateable property within the Puka-; hu Ward ; and a separate rate of seven-sixteenths of a penny in the’ £ (pound) upon all rateable pro-’ perties within the Clive, Papa-' kura. Karamu, Omaraenui, Me-: anee, and Taradale Wards. Such rates to be for the: period commenced on the Ist day 1 of April, 1911, and ending on the: 31st day- of March, 1912, and shall,’ be payable on the Ist day of Aug-; ust, 1911. in one payment, and. asj provided for by Section 101 of the’ River Board’s Act, 1908, shall be: collected by the H.B. County Conn-; oil, except as to the rates of the' Taradale, Ward, which shall be? collected by the Taradale Town: Board. j The rate book will be open fori inspection at the H.B. County!
